Using free weights, TRX straps, battle ropes, tractor tires, medicine balls we put you through a series of 45-50 minute challenging routines that will put you in the best shape of your life. Our Bootcamp classes have been designed with safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form, technique and safety.
Using a combination of poses inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates we focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while focusing on working a select group of muscles) and combine them with sets of high rep range-of-motion movements to give you a workout that will help tone your body.
Barre and TRX
We combine the core strengthening work of Barre with the full body workout TRX provides to give you a workout unlike anything you've ever experienced. From hip dips to chest pulls we build customized workouts and tailor them to your individual fitness level to give you a great full body workout.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, classes involve going all out for intense bursts of exercise to ramp up your heart rate and are followed by short periods of rest. HIIT is a great way to burn fat and incorporates everything from wall balls and burpees to split jumps and push ups.
