Dustin was born and raised in Louisville, KY and played sports all through grade school. He attended Trinity High School where he played football and ran track. Dustin then moved to Bowling Green, KY and attended Western Kentucky University. While at Western he started running for fun and then decided to do his first 5k. After graduating from WKU he moved back to Louisville and started setting bigger goals in running. He became a fundraising mentor for the Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter of Team In Training.
Dustin has finished the 2009 Louisville Ironman, 2010 & 2011 Nations Triathlon, 2010 Cardinal Harbor Half Ironman, 2010 Memphis in May Triathlon, 2007 and 20012 Nashville Country Music Marathon, 2008 and 2012 Marine Corps Marathon, Air Force Marathon, Flying Pigs Marathon, Disney Marathon, Maui Marathon, Chicago Marathon, San Francisco Marathon and several others.
Dustin has trained several athletes to run half and full marathons, sprint and olympic triathlons.... including the Ironman Triathlon. He has worked with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team In Training as a participant, mentor, coach and marketing director. He has also worked with members of the Manual High School field hockey team as well as speed training classes for kids ranging from 9-13 years of age. Dustin has also completed courses with IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association). He has helped many clients with general weight loss and strength training.

Occupational TherapistTina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1989 from Eastern Kentucky University. In 1992 she began working in private practice, specifically in the areas of wellness and exercise. In 2009 Tina became a certified TRX instructor and opened Be Well Fitness and Rehab, teaching many classes per week and combining her therapy skills with her love of exercise.
Ken Haggard, Personal Trainer
Ken brings over 23 years of experience to the fitness industry. Traveling from coast to coast he has had the opportunity to open gyms nationwide. He has also enjoyed working closely with private owners to bring their gyms to market. Ken excels at implementing new gym promotions, personal training opportunities, and corporate presentations to generate new memberships. Ken’s experience includes developing and executing marketing strategies through health fairs, social networking, internet campaigns, and becoming a member of the chamber of commerce. Ken’s accomplishments include increasing gym memberships from 20 to 1500 over 24 months and delivering over one million dollars of net sales within one year. In 2007, Ken was honored as manager of the year out of 400 gyms nationwide. Plus ken has spent part of his career Personal Training Professional Athletes.
