Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretching targets fascial components deep inside joint capsules, ligaments, tendons and muscles as well as all other connective tissue. It helps get joint capsule open by decompressing the joint & helps gain optimal mobility of the joint capsule. FS Releases adhesions in the joint capsule & eliminates jamming of joint while stretching.  It dramatically helps the effectiveness of ROM increases & flexibility gains.


Occupational Therapy

Through the use of purposeful activity, Tina works with clients to recover from injuries and return to their former activity level. Whether your recovering from injuries caused by poor posture from sitting at a desk all day or are struggling with an overuse injury from your favorite sport, occupational therapy can provide you with recovery strategies to return you back to health.
